I have mentioned the white nationalist website www.amren.com before. It is well worth taking the time to go through its interesting and informative articles, as well as podcasts.

At the end of this post, I will give the link to a podcast by Kevin DeAnna which covers the increasing reality of giving reparations to the rabble in the not-too-distant future

Just a thought, look at these disgusting ingrates pictured above. Bath or shower anyone? And how about the white, race traitor in the back? These motherfuckers, who I am sure most of them have been freeloading off the government much of their lives, want more.

All these fuckers do is cry racism when they don't get what they want. I have worked with black, responsible workers and their attitude towards reparations, for the most part, is that it's purely a "money hustle."

 We must develop a perceptive and intelligent mind to become the best we can be. So, it only makes sense that you can't have a great, self-educated mind sitting atop a wasted body. 

Read on: I recall years ago seeing an interview when fitness guru Jack LaLanne was nearing the end of his life.  I believe he was 93 years old; his mind was still sharp, but he appeared somewhat frail. Not long after this interview he died.

 I then read something asked on a men's fitness site, why train? The reader's question was motivated by the fact that all our bodies are going to be overcome by the ravages of age so why bother? Whoever was moderating the site was so baffled by the question that he could only respond with "what a stupid question." Not a particularly substantive response.

I ask this question of everyone, why do you train?

What follows are a few excerpts from an essay called, Train for Honor by J. Donovan. I found it to be very relevant and enlightening as it pertains to why we train. It is taken from his book, A Sky Without Eagles. It gave me a whole new insight into training, cutting though the superficialities and vanity that are so much a part of training and physical fitness. You may not agree with him, but it will get you thinking.

Early in his essay Donovan asks: "why spend hours in a gym, lifting or training to perform feats that you will never really need to perform to survive?"

Why even train your body? This is taken from an article I wrote some time ago. The New Man will be the "whole package"--a self-educated mind that sees and know all things. Why have a great mind atop a wasted body? It makes no sense!

He then acknowledges that his body is a "depreciating asset."

As far as exercising to stay healthy and live longer? Donovan states this is "a mediocre and uninspiring reason to get up and go to the gym every day." It reduces working out to just "another chore."

And his opinion of those who work out primarily to "look good"? He writes: "It's a harlotrous reason to work out. It's basically saying that you spend hours every week trying to stay pretty. Being pretty may mean having big guns, a nice rack and a six-pack, but if you're only building that body to be 'hot', then you're basically no different than the strippers and aspiring trophy wives who are doing the same thing. Striving only to be desired is passive and effeminate."

Donovan does admit that training for "self-defense and to be more self-reliant" are reasons as good or better than the reasons given by most for training, but he then reveals a deeper and more meaningful reason as to why he trains:

"I train for honor.

I train because I refuse to be a soft ambassador of this Age of Atrophy. And I refuse to be shuffling, slobbering, potato chip gobbling evidence of modern decay.

I don't train to be 'fit enough' for the modern world, or to gain the esteem of the average modern man. I train because somewhere in my DNA there's a memory of a more ferocious world, a world where men could become what they are and reach the most terrifyingly magnificent state of their nature.

 I don't train to impress the majority of modern slobs. I train to be worthy enough to carry water for my barbarian fathers and to be worthy of the company of men most like them alive today.

Honor is a higher reason to train, a higher cause, a motivation above and beyond the routine and mundane. It's a better reason to keep going to the gym than mere narcissism or the fear of immobility, impotence and death."

Also, we are to be an example and role model for the White Race.

America is Done, Pt.2

Well, if part one wasn't enough to show you that America is on a downward death spiral, here are a few other things that are hastening its demise.

Let's start with our public schools, colleges and universities. They all teach that America was formed and developed by exploiting others. But let's get to the heart of it all, these institutions instill a belief that this country is unworthy of our respect and our love, that it desperately needs to be changed, made more inclusive and diverse.

The consequence of this indoctrination is that today's youth and young adults feel little loyalty to this country. They actually think socialism is a good alternative despite the fact that it has never worked anywhere. An example of this lack of love for our country is, take a look at most of the nation's response to America's 250 year "celebration" compared to the 200 year one held in 1776.

If you love your children, either homeschool them or send them to a reliable private school.

Next up is the acceptance and promotion of all kinds of faggotry. Gay parades that are bigger than the ones on July 4th or Memorial Day are the norm. Half dressed, naked male faggots marching down the street with huge crowds filled with young kids and children watching.

Consider for a moment, what kind of parent would allow this? Why parents who were educated in our public schools and universities of course.

Can you imagine that having drag queens read to your little children is actually accepted and done? There was a time not too long ago where this would be considered to be utterly insane.

On television, commercials, advertisements and in the movies, homosexuality is portrayed and promoted. To top it all off, while they promote this depravity the White male has become marginalized and disrespected. Lead roles for him are only available if he is accompanied by a strong, assertive female or a wise negro. That's because without one of these two companions the White guy will surely fuck up.

Add to this shit the increasing portrayal of mixed-race couples, usually negro males with white women.

I suppose I could go on but you get the picture from reading Part 1 and Part 2 of this theme.

Every empire, great nation eventually decays and is destroyed from within. America has had a longer run at the top than most. Like the Roman Empire, things like the acceptance of homosexuality, allowing into your country the scum of the earth and infanticide were considered major factors in its destruction. Throw in the war on masculinity and the pussification of the White male while you are at it.

America is Done, Pt.1

I'll just ramble on in no particular order as to why the title of this article is true.

I'll begin with some basic simple observations.

I walked about a local festival and what did I see? A majority of people who were either fat or obese, most covered with tattoos. Before I go on let me say this, I have tattoos, but they are not covering every part and appendage on my body. News flash to the non-obese white ladies, tattoos destroy your natural beauty. As far as the fat shits, have all you want. Be sure to dye your hair blue, green, pink, or red while you are at it.

There were also lots of flaming fags and bull dykes in the crowd.

I will add that I am referring above to those 19 yrs. and older.

These people represent the future of America.

While there I came across a lot of Stop ICE signs and even a few referencing Haitians favorably.  You know them, the stone agers with an average IQ of 55 or 65. I recently saw pictures of some of them on X trying to capture sea gulls with what appeared to be their coats. Apparently, they were going to eat these scavengers. Nice.

Now we go to local and state governments. Every one run by a n*gger or a liberal is a dangerous shithole. Prosecution of blacks for many crimes is rarely doled out. These vermin are let back out on the streets to victimize whites after getting appearance tickets or very light sentences.

Foreign born and negro judges regularly show their prejudice against whites by giving ridiculously short sentences to n*ggers who have targeted whites.

Many of our state governors openly defy the President and Federal law. They offer protection to Somalis, illegals and the dregs of society.

They issue injunctions against ICE to prevent them from doing their job.

The reality, no negro has the intelligence or emotional stability to serve as a judge or a politician anywhere or in any capacity.

Speaking of judges, many Federal judges block every effort to deport illegals from this country. Why is that? 

The Congress which includes the House and Senate are loaded with America hating foreigners and native-born quislings who hate this country.

Democratic socialism is now the rage with many of our youth and well to do.

On a related note, Mamdani, the mayor of NYC who is a socialist, is actively trying to destroy NYC not just institute socialist policies. His whole agenda is to finish what 9/11 started.

How fucking stupid are the people of NYC to elect a guy like this? Short memories I guess.

Why doesn't the government crush groups like Antifa who are clearly engaging in anarchy against the country. But then again, judges will let them off with little if any punishment. Remember when the nigger George Floyd died in 2020? Remember the rioting and utter destruction that went on? Millions of dollars in damages. Very few arrests connected with that.

Finally, for now, the promotion and glorification of the negro. The never-ending publicizing of supposed injustices committed against them ages ago. In doing this it only agitates and makes the negro angrier against the white race. These people have been giving concessions and a free ride since at least 1963.

They are given preferential treatment in getting jobs and into colleges Don't have the qualifications or the grades? No problem, whitey will lower the standard for you. We'll even create jobs in corporations where you can harp on about how fucking racist America is.

Oh, yeah, Average IQ of a non-mixed negro, 85.

I got this picture above off the www.anp14.com website. I'm sure most readers know the story behind it. What is written over the picture sums up what is wrong in America today. Most people think, if it's not in my backyard I don't really care. Sure, I might feel bad for the victim but there's nothing I can really do about it.

To that I say, tell this to the people of Northern Ireland who rose up and took to the streets to let their government know that enough is enough. They have had it with third worlders being allowed into the country to assault and murder native born Irish citizens. They are also fed up with their government and press downplaying what has been occurring, even threatening those who criticize these sub-humans.

We see the same thing here in the U.S. A white person who is murdered by a negro or an illegal, there will be minimal if any coverage. The ethnicity of the criminal is omitted if the person is black. A White person murders a negro and it gets wall to wall coverage by the media. The negroes hit the streets, threaten whites, and more often than not, burn and loot.

Is this the America you grew up in? If you are too young to remember what it was once like, I ask this? Do you want to live in a country like this where going into a major, or even smaller city, potentially puts you at risk for violence?

To those who don't give a shit I say this: in the areas near where I live, in the mostly lily-white suburbs, negroes have ventured out there stealing cars, as well as breaking into them on a nightly basis and smashing car windows.

So people, it is in your backyard, and if it hasn't reached you yet, it's coming.

And don't forget, New York, like other states, has no bail. These losers commit crimes, get an appearance ticket and are out within hours. Many of the crimes are committed by those under 18 and as young as 13 or 14. There is zero punishment for them due to their age.

Wake up people, the politicians aren't going to save you, most pander and grovel to the negro. They live protected comfortable lives, far from the rabble.

What to do about this?

When a negro beats, stabs or heinously murders a white woman it gets minimal national press. A cop or ICE agent who beats or kills a violent illegal or black we not only see wall to wall coverage but judges looking to prosecute the Law.

Toxic Masculinity? Really?

 You want another sign of how debased, brainwashed and wimped out today's male has become? After the above photo was posted on FB there were comments by mostly males that warned of the dangers of "toxic" masculinity,

So, what constitutes toxic masculinity? Is it a male who keeps fit, is proud to be a male and has his own opinion and is not hesitant to express them? 

If you have been halfway observant in recent years, you can see where the independent, non-Woke, non-PC male has often been labeled as a potential threat to our society. Also, terms like white supremacist and racist have been applied to men who a generation or two ago would have been considered......normal males. You know, strong, take charge guys who worked, took care of their families and were not afraid to speak their mind.

Add to this, there is no question that America has either purposely, or inadvertently, been stifling the development of our male children through ADHD drugs. Why would they do this you ask? Is it because they want to stifle the growth of real men?

Think about it, what was once accepted as normal boy behavior such as being, fidgety, restless, loud and active, has now been deemed as unacceptable and disruptive. A kind of hyperactivity that needs to be stifled. This is done frequently through powerful drugs that are basically chemical restraints. I worked on a Child/Adolescent in-patient psych unit for eight years and saw this for myself.

What I have just stated above is not something new. Informed and observant professionals have expressed their concern about this situation for many years. 

I should also say that ADHD drugs profoundly affect the physical and mental development of the children who are prescribed them. That's a fact, not speculation. Consider the data that says the U.S.A. prescribes 85% of all ADHD drugs given out in the world. 

The medical profession, clueless counselors and our public school system, will strongly urge parents to look into possibly medicating the "hyper" young male. I'd be remiss not to say that girls are also given ADHD meds as well.

Getting back to the heart of the matter, what we see going on in America these days is the marginalizing, repression, and the demonizing of the male and his behavior. Now I could go on and talk about how in movies and television the white male is often portrayed as a dimwit, racist, oaf, or brute who needs the correction and/or direction of a heroic black male or black or white female, but I'll leave that for another time. Oh yes, I almost forgot, have you had enough of the heavy promotion of mixed-race couples, especially in TV commercials? Disgusting!

Give this seemingly unrelated news story some serious thought. Only 27% of our population between the ages of 18 and 24 is viewed as fit and acceptable for military service. Absolutely incredible. Looks like the efforts of the powers that be against males is working.

So men, don't buy into the toxic male bullsh*t. Think for yourself and for heaven's sake, man-up!

I had to repost this after seeing something on the news today. Another white child assaulted in a public school by a negro. For those new to this site, I have over 300 articles on all things White race and White male. Just look on the right side of the title page at our Archive section. Lately I have posted mostly pictures but if you look back a little ways there are plenty of short articles. Here's the article:

Take your children out of public schools and don't let them attend colleges that are liberal, which is probably 90% of them. Young men need to learn a trade or start a business instead of going into tens of thousands of dollars in debt for a degree.

We have been witnessing the poisoning and brainwashing of our children for many, many decades. It is ongoing and getting worse. 

Twisted values, obesity, addiction to social media, video games, the cellphone, and deliberate inactivity are just a few of the things plaguing our modern youth. 

By twisted ideas I mean the acceptance of anything LGBTQ... and all other kinds of faggotry, acceptance that America was founded by exploiting others and that the white man is evil plus the acceptance that interracial dating and marriage is OK. There is much more I could list but you know what I'm getting at.

Homeschool if at all possible. Even if it means not having all the nice things you are used to. I had 3 children and only the last one was homeschooled. The last one turned out to be the best, he is racially aware and cognizant of all the bullshit that is going down.

A Few Precepts from David Lane

In a previous post I published all of David Lane's 88 Precepts. To say they are thought provoking and insightful is an understatement. After the quotes I will offer a comment or two about them.

Here are a few to consider:

What David means by "lets others influence or control any of the following" is, others, such as non-whites (all), Jews, and whites who are traitors to the White Race.

Walking the Talk

Years ago, when I was still on Facebook, I saw a lot of outrage about athletes "taking the knee" as the National Anthem played before various athletic contests, especially pro-football. Self-described patriots expressed their outrage. But interestingly, when I asked why they continue to support and watch this shit the excuses came rolling in.

Fast forward to the present, the NFL still hates you White man and the 'end racism' signs remain in the endzones. Add to this how all pro-sports make a point of celebrating Homo month in June and are fully on board with everything D.E.I. which favors everyone but whites.

Next, Hollywood. Need I say how many different ways they truly despise the White male? Well, you won't see a white male in a leading heroic role anymore unless he is accompanied by a "strong" female or a negro. Plus, they have introduced all kinds of faggotry to the mix. Rug eaters and faggots are shown as sympathetic, wise and strong.

On television the same scenario exists except there are more white guys who are portrayed as buffoons, idiots and racists. Also, showing mixed race couples is now the norm. Blacks play positive roles and are way too often shown to be the victims of evil white men. 

I have to add this; the other day they had a TV commercial with a black guy playing an airplane pilot.

 Anyone ever seen a negro airline pilot?

Which gets me to this point white man, have you had enough? Are you willing to walk your talk and not have anything to do with the above mentioned distractions?

The above picture refers to giving the people things that satisfy them and keep their minds off of what is being done to them. Instead of 'Bread and Circuses,' the modern day version is about sports, entertainment, movies, TV, legalized weed and plenty of booze to keep you fat, happy and most importantly, complacent.

I ask, which way White man?
