Freedom of Speech? What Freedom of Speech?

Consider the following because, as I have said previously several times, in America we now live under a totalitarian regime. If you say things on social(ist) media or in the public square that doesn't go along with the current regime's beliefs, you will be silenced in the ways you see listed below. Call it doxed, call it cancelled, call it whatever you please, but recognize it for what it is, the suppression of freedom of speech.

Below is one man's view on the situation. What he says makes me wonder, are we going to compromise and go along just to get along or are we going to say, NO?

"Everyone's been Neutered.

Most adult men are held by their balls to the mob.

Just takes one viral Tweet to have autistic basement dwellers find out where they work,

The school they went to, their address and all their family members.

Most men have a family to take care of.

They aren't ready to be fired.

They aren't ready to have their diploma revoked by the issuing University.

They aren't ready for their wife to be fired by association.

They aren't ready for Teachers to pull their kids out of school to talk about their parents.

And these men know this.

Deep down, they know they are cucked.

That's why they make Anon accounts on Twitter and stay quiet.

They do "the smart thing".

That's why they just agree.

They don't want the smoke.

They look at what's happening to me and laugh that I deserve it for my big mouth.

They laugh while their son decides to sterilize himself and chop his dick off.

They know they're cucked and think it's not a big deal.

Some of them just protect their own family and watch their neighbors' son chop his dick off instead.

Men KNOW what is happening is wrong.

They're just so dependent on The Matrix they would get RUINED if they ever resisted.

This is exactly why THE REAL WORLD is so important.

You need to make money that can't just be taken away because you wrote a tweet that men in dresses shouldn't read to children.

Every Anon account on the internet is a testament to the level of fear most men live in.

They know they live under mob rule.

They know they can't resist, so they hide." A.Tate

No Going Halfway--Living Life Honestly

Saw the following posted somewhere and thought I would pass it along. Call it rules for living for alpha males. Mean what you say, say what you mean, go for it, live life vigorously, all come to mind when I read this.

Do not live half a life

and do not die a half death
If you choose silence, then be silent
When you speak, do so until you are finished
If you accept, then express it bluntly
Do not mask it
If you refuse then be clear about it
for an ambiguous refusal is but a weak acceptance
Do not accept half a solution
Do not believe half truths
Do not dream half a dream
Do not fantasize about half hopes
Half the way will get you no where
You are a whole that exists to live a life
not half a life. ~Khalil Gibran

My favorite lines above are: "for an ambiguous refusal is but a weak acceptance" and "Do not fantasize about half hopes Half the way will get you no where."

Three Winners Amongst a Group of Losers

Forgive my sarcasm in this post.

Pictured above is the U.S. Women's National Soccer Team.

Let me get this right, the majority are kneeling during the National Anthem. Why? Is it because of past mistakes made by our nation that have since been rectified? Is it because certain individuals have committed heinous acts and they choose to blame everyone and/or the nation?

Or is it because they are ignorant, spoiled and oblivious to the blessings and opportunies they have been given?

Here's my take: these jokers who are kneeling don't even realize that in most countries on earth they wouldn't get away with a display such as this.

In closing, the freak with the purple hair on the left of this picture recently retired. On her way out she did all her teammates a favor by saying that she was all in on biological males who "identify" as females competing against other women.

Figures!

So Sorry Dweebs

I thought of this after I read New York City officials were looking into taking down the statues of George Washington and Thomas Jefferson. Makes sense to me, apply 2023 sensibilities to the 1700's.

What these dummies don't realize is that without these men and others like them, they would not be in the America, and the place they are now in. But, as we who are aware recognize, tearing down statues is all about wiping out and demonizing our history.

The wolves have taken over the henhouse, the genie is out of the bottle, whatever. What I am saying here is that I believe the way this country going, and the nature of its people, the damage will be continuing and is irreversible.

Anyone still looking for a majority of Americans to rise up and overcome this onslaught on our rights and heritage? Ask the January 6 demonstrators, Trump and all his allies and lawyers as well as RFK Jr. and the hundreds of other citizens who have been doxed and persecuted for disagreeing with the regime in charge. Do you still think "your guy" is going to be part of a "fair" election and change all this?

Keep dreaming! The regime controls every facet of your life.

Move to the country, form intentional communities.

More to come on this.

The Decline

Dave was not only a champion athlete but an astute observer of life and a great writer. Consider the following commentary on America and its people over the decades to this present time.

The Decline by Dave Draper:

"Here is a rough bullet-summary of a devastating decline of modern mankind. Laugh it up. Pretend it's a badly scripted, poorly directed B-flick from a Hollywood starring the Osmond family.

Fitness takes hold in the '60s and erupts in the '70s. Swell. Big biz and big bucks do their dirty work: feeding frenzy, deception and hype, confusion and gluttony. No comprehensive education offered, intended or achieved, just sell, exploit, sell. Aerobics will set you free, buy a $7,000 treadmill.

Fast food arrives in the '60s --- just what we needed --- waistlines and appetites grow, time shrinks.

Schools drop athletic programs and classes on nutrition. Junk food and fast food is installed in school halls and cafeterias instead.

Fast-track living increases across the fruited plains to accommodate rising costs; God's replaced by a second job, second car, second mortgage and declining morality.

Generation gap in understanding critical need for sound exercise and right eating widens... going, going, gone.

Less family life, more single-parent families, less home front education from the now nutrition- and exercise-ignorant moms and dads results in the development of horrible eating habits and passive lifestyles.

Computers and video games replace physical play and sports for adults and kids alike, Standard game rules: 1) Sit on butt and 2) Press the buttons.

Governments miss the picture by light-years. The FDA and other agencies are 70 years behind the times in nutrition information they offer to the populace.

Sugar and grain lobbyists and fast food bosses control the government and they control society, the herds, the sheep.

Terrorism, wars, serial killers and small and large thieves --- wickedness --- removes the prevailing wind from the ship's sails and strain at man's hopes.

The match is not over yet. It's time to get back up and fight like a man, like a woman, right here, right now. Exercise, eat right and grin with joy, and build enabling discipline and enliven the weary character as you do."

More Practical Advice for Alpha Males From Dave Draper

Courage to be yourself and going against what you are being told, and in some cases ordered to, is not all that common these days. Consider the following by Dave Draper:

"This is not a startling revelation to you and to me. but it's worth repeating to our neighbor: The best thing we can do in a continuing effort to enhance our apparently declining world is to take control of our lives, personally, individually.

Forget war, pandemics, crime and immorality for a minute and notice we are surrounded by masses just poking along like life was a chore, the late shift, a bad habit or a dull pain and not a fragrant gift.
Wake up friends, wake up. We're broken, we need fixing and it's in our control. It's simple, yet it takes courage and work.

Can you hear me? It takes personal courage and it takes hard work.

I'm losing most of the population, I can tell. 'Courage and hard work' do not ring a bell in the town square; they don't register on the scale of Popular Daily Behavior and I do not see them on today's list of Currently Applied Qualities in Vogue Magazine."

We are not of this world--we are not like most of the population because that is the way to a nothing life.

It Can Be More Than Just a Workout

It is my observation that in recent years discipline is not as common a human attribute in people as it once was. Figures showing that well over 50% of Americans are overweight and surveys that cite a significant drop in youth(teens) participation in organized sports would appear to, in part, confirm this.

Also, we are now more of a spectator nation than we have ever been. As I am sure you all know, serious involvement in anything, not just sports, requires discipline. Please note that Dave Draper echoes a familiar theme of philosopher/coach Percy Cerutty in that involvement in athletics have benefits that go beyond the physical:

"Discipline is not owned by repeating mantras, reading a book, watching a video or following a formula.
Discipline is founded in need and desire and developed in deed. Discipline is yours.

You want something, if you can't buy it or steal it, you must work for it. The more you want and need it, the harder you try to get it.

The wanting and needing, the working, trying and getting combine and eventually present discipline. Great or small, this stoic quality is a benefactor assuring that you become a better person, more complete and capable and aware, as you pursue your healthy and humble goal giving it your very best shot."

The forgotten element of physical training--you can become a better person overall.

Upward and Onward!

A True Alpha Male Song

The idea for this post came the other day while I was driving and heard 'That's Life' by Frank Sinatra on the radio. As I listened it hit me that this was a real alpha male song. Below are the lyrics and below that is a link to Frank singing the song.

An alpha male himself (Sinatra), the song is about never giving up, unending determination to achieve, reinventing yourself when the situation calls for it and ignoring what others say about what you are trying to accomplish.

Give the song a listen. It doesn't matter what kind of music you are into. The lyrics and performance make it. Here goes:

That's Life

(That's life)
That's what all the people say
You're riding high in April, shot down in May
But I know I'm gonna change that tune
When I'm back on top, back on top in June
I said that's life
(That's life)
And as funny as it may seem
Some people get their kicks
Stomping on a dream
But I don't let it, let it get me down
Cause this fine old world, it keeps spinnin' around
I've been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate, a poet
A pawn and a king
I've been up and down and over and out
And I know one thing
Each time I find myself
Flat on my face
I pick myself up and get
Back in the race
That's life
(That's life)
I tell you, I can't deny it
I thought of quitting, baby
But my heart just ain't gonna buy it
And if I didn't think it was worth one single try
I'd jump right on a big bird and then I'd fly
I've been a puppet, a pauper, a pirate, a poet
A pawn and a king
I've been up and down and over and out
And I know one thing
Each time I find myself layin'
Flat on my face
I just pick myself up and get
Back in the race
That's life
(That's life)
That's life and I can't deny it
Many times I thought of cutting out but my heart won't buy it
But if there's nothing shaking come this here July
I'm gonna roll myself up
In a big ball and die
My, my

What America Needs Now More Than Ever

"The world needs more men who are unapologetic about their masculinity and willing to fight for what they believe in.”

 A quote by Jack Donovan.

In a country where even traditional masculinity is viewed as "toxic," we must resist the pressure to submit and conform.

Who Are You?

Who are you? Seems like a strange question I know but have you given any thought to the things that define you? For instance, what do you believe in? I'm talking here about your core beliefs and values. Beliefs that you have developed over the years as a result of living, observation and life experiences.  Do you have any or do you just "go with the flow"?

If you are thinking that you don't really have any, then it is my intention to help get you to where you need and should be.

The person who doesn't know who they are and what they stand for is a rudderless ship bobbing along and missing out on getting the most from himself and his life.

It's all about knowing who you are, what you' are doing, where you are going and being in control of your destiny.

Think deeply about the above, examine yourself.

Your Life and Legacy

"Perhaps the only thing that survives us is the stories we tell with our lives, and the stories told about us when we are long gone.

What will yours be?

You decide.

Every day.

Every deed, every dollar, every drawn breath.

You can turn it all around in a moment, or lose everything in a heartbeat.

What does the most fiery, the most fearsome, the most ferocious life look like?

Write it down.

Then live it out."        P. Waggener

For Those Desiring Success

I believe: Confidence and a belief in the worthiness of your quest is essential.

Setting personal goals? The above is often the missing ingredient. It's why so many give up their goals and aspirations, deep inside too many people either question, or don't believe in, the worthiness of their goal(s). I believe it is essential that we seriously examine ourselves before beginning our quest.

For instance, athletic goals? The world will tell you it's utterly frivolous to pursue them. They'll say, "you're not going to make a living from doing it so why are you spending so much time with it?" They can't grasp the fact that this "activity" you engage in is your passion, part of who you are.

So, ignore these people, the naysayers, those who don't respect the life you choose. Surround yourself with positivity and those who are going for it.

Live life vigorously! Tomorrow is promised to NO one.

Yes You Can, If You Truly Want To

"Do not become discourage because you may affirm that you were not born strong.

It is true that some types seem to inherit the factor of physical strength, just as some seem to inherit more brains. However, life has taught me in very many examples I have known personally, that with some natural flair for anything at all we can achieve heights quite exceptional if we will only believe in ourselves, and do the essential work, find the true way."

"Indeed--those who are hell-bent to succeed are those who often do what others believe to be implausible or impossible." Quote by legendary Coach/Philosopher Percy Cerutty.

I agree totally with what Coach Cerutty says. I have seen proof of the above quote many times throughout my long coaching career.

About Your Training and It's Purpose

For Alpha males, it's not about the "6-pack" abs, looking pretty naked and living to be 100.

It's more than just the superficial. If you don't get the quote above, then you need to think deeply and drop the vanity.

Get after it people!
