It has become increasing apparent in recent years that television hates the White Race, and the White male in particular. I'm sure many of you know this but for those who don't, here are some reasons why I've come to such a conclusion, in no particular order:
Mixed race couples in commercials and TV shows. More and more we are subjected to this.
The White male is portrayed as a buffoon, bigot, idiot, racist, etc. Also, we see the White male as a simpleton, guided and corrected by his wife, or my favorite, a wise black friend.
The White male has been marginalized or outright eliminated from traditional male roles on television commercials. When's the last time you went to get your car fixed and you saw female mechanics? Add in female heavy equipment operators while you're at it. I see this all the time in television ads.
One of my favorites, after many decades on this earth I have never come across a black male or black female dentist. You wouldn't know this is a rarity from watching TV.
You can't find a White male in a strong, heroic role without being supported by a black or white female or a black male. Too often the scenario is of a flawed, impulsive White male.
Most of the News Reports and News cable channels are minimizing or not reporting on black crime. Also, they will use the term White Supremacist when it isn't even remotely applicable to the person or event.
I will probably add to this list, but you get the picture. The powers that be controlling television hate you.
So why in the world would any self-respecting White person having anything to do with it?
