"The world needs more men who are unapologetic about their masculinity and willing to fight for what they believe in.”
In a country where even traditional masculinity is viewed as "toxic," we must resist the pressure to submit and conform.

Setting personal goals? The above is often the missing ingredient. It's why so many give up their goals and aspirations, deep inside too many people either question, or don't believe in, the worthiness of their goal(s). I believe it is essential that we seriously examine ourselves before beginning our quest.
For instance, athletic goals? The world will tell you it's utterly frivolous to pursue them. They'll say, "you're not going to make a living from doing it so why are you spending so much time with it?" They can't grasp the fact that this "activity" you engage in is your passion, part of who you are.
So, ignore these people, the naysayers, those who don't respect the life you choose. Surround yourself with positivity and those who are going for it.
Live life vigorously! Tomorrow is promised to NO one.
It is true that some types seem to inherit the factor of physical strength, just as some seem to inherit more brains. However, life has taught me in very many examples I have known personally, that with some natural flair for anything at all we can achieve heights quite exceptional if we will only believe in ourselves, and do the essential work, find the true way."
"Indeed--those who are hell-bent to succeed are those who often do what others believe to be implausible or impossible." Quote by legendary Coach/Philosopher Percy Cerutty. It's more than just the superficial. If you don't get the quote above, then you need to think deeply and drop the vanity.
Get after it people!
